IMPORTANT INFO // PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

  • A $200 non-refundable retainer fee is due within 48 hours after booking per date booked. Once your booking form is received, you will receive an invoice via the main contact email address provided in booking form. Once the invoice is sent, it must be paid within 48 hours or the date will be released for booking. The retainer fee is subtracted from the session fee and the remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

  • Due to the high demand for senior bookings, a $175 cancellation fee may be charged for dates cancelled within 48 hours or less of session date in addition to forfeIting the $200 non-refundable retainer fee.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • The Shimmer & Sparkle Sessions do not included digital downloads. Only the Shine Session includes digital downloads. Digitals can be purchased in addition to any session via your gallery.

  • Additional session time is available for $125 per half hour with the addition of one outfit per half hour.

  • Typical editing turnaround is 2-3 weeks during slower months and up to 4-6 weeks during busy months. Rush editing is available with $150 upcharge, upgrading to a 3-4 day turnaround.

  • Sundays & some Mondays are not available for booking. If you have no other date options and need a Sunday or Monday they can be made available for a $250 convenience fee.

  • Location options are determined by the session chosen. Limited Acadiana Locations are locations within but not limited to the Lafayette, Eunice, Crowley, Ville Platte areas. Extended Acadiana Locations are within the above mentioned areas but extend into areas such as Avery & Jefferson Island, New Iberia, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, and other regional locations. Unrestricted Location Options covers all of the above mentioned locations as well as any location outside of those areas such as New Orleans, St Francisville, Fontainebleau State Park, Houma’s House Plantation, Nottoway Plantation, etc. UNRESTRICTED LOCATION OPTIONS DOES NOT MEAN traveling to multiple locations in one session.

  • Location & travel fees may apply and vary depending on the location chosen. Many locations charge fees to shoot on location, the client is responsible for those fees. Travel fees will apply to any location over 30 miles outside of my home location and is determined & calculated by mileage.

  • Online galleries are available for all sessions. In your online gallery you may view your edited photos, purchase prints, photobooks, canvases, and digital downloads. Orders are sent to my professional print labs and then shipped directly to you! Your online gallery will be available until May 31st, 2024.

  • Gift prints include wallets (set of 8), 4x6s, and 5x7s. These are the sizes included in the Shimmer, Sparkle, and Shine Sessions for free, more gift size prints and larger sizes may be purchased in your gallery but are not included.

  • Gallery pricing can be found below, scroll past the calendar and booking form for those details.

  • Professional Hair & Makeup Styling is recommended for all senior sessions. Emily Rose Photography does not provide these services being that I work with clients and locations in various areas around the state and outside of the state.

  • Senior Sessions can be booked from August through March. I DO NOT take seniors sessions for the current graduating class after March 31st. April dates are NOT available for senior sessions with the exception of weather-related reschedules.


 

  • Shaded dates are booked or unavailable.

  • Only one booking is taken per day.

  • Sundays only available with additional fee.
